A limited number of scholarships are available to international Masters applicants. These are highly competitive and only applicants with excellent academic achievement and potential will be considered.
If you have exceptional grades to date, you can apply for a scholarship after you have received an offer to study at the Βι¶ΉΣ³» in 2024.
You are not eligible for this scholarship if you are going to study any of the following:
Certificates and Diplomas (including PGCE)
Courses at Brighton and Βι¶ΉΣ³» Medical School (BSMS)
Courses at IDS
Early Years Education (with Early Years Teacher status)
Degrees in Social work (if receiving an NHS bursary)
Online courses
Schools direct teaching courses
Masters funded by the research councils (e.g. ESRC 1+3 funding)

How to apply
Applicants need an offer of a place on an eligible masters before they can apply for the scholarship. As this is a selective scholarship, applicants need excellent grades/predicted grades to be considered.
Applications will be considered after the 1 May closing date and all applicants will receive a decision before the end of July.
Terms and conditions
While we accept applications from applicants to multiple scholarships, this scholarship is Βι¶ΉΣ³»-funded and, therefore, cannot be combined with other Βι¶ΉΣ³»-funded scholarships (such as the Βι¶ΉΣ³» Nigeria Scholarship or Βι¶ΉΣ³» India Scholarship).
We are aware AI has been used by some applicants to produce statements for their scholarship applications. Please be advised these applications are often unsuccessful. Any personal statement submitted needs to be written by you, to demonstrate your suitability for the scholarship.
