The 4 day working week is one in which full-time employees reduce their time at work to 4 days with no loss of salary. But what really happens behind closed doors and beyond the media headlines? We’ve been studying employers in Βι¶ΉΣ³» and around the UK who made the switch, to find out the impacts that it had on their staff, and on the business. From mental health to productivity, and sleep to brain function, we’ve been finding out how a 4 day working week transforms life at work and beyond. We’ll share our latest findings from our Βι¶ΉΣ³» 4 Day Week trial. We’ll also explore how staff manage to get more done in less time, by using psychological tips and tricks to increase efficiency at work.
