We are investigating further issues with Βι¶ΉΣ³» Direct this morning that are affecting all users. As soon as we have more information we will post it here.
We apologise again for the disruption that this unexpected outage is causing and are dealing with the issue as a priority.

We believe we have identified the root cause of the issues experienced last week with Βι¶ΉΣ³» Direct, and the development team are working on a resolution as a priority.

We regret to inform you that Βι¶ΉΣ³» Direct is not currently available. We are working on a resolution as a top priority and hope to restore access to at least some of the system shortly.

We are pleased to announce that Βι¶ΉΣ³» Direct is currently available.
We have had to temporarily disable details of assessment results in the marks and feedback section, as this query was the cause of the issue. We are working on a solution to release this information again which we hope to implement within the next 48 hours.
Apologies for this ongoing impact.
We are pleased to announce the fix for Βι¶ΉΣ³» Direct was applied at 4pm on 18 October, and all services are now restored.
